Very cool vintage children’s chair.  Bauhaus design aesthetic, but most likely 40’s production.  Newly recovered seat with tan upholstery leather.  Chrome is in good shape overall, some light scratching + wear but not too bad.  Lovely and distinctive design, never run across another one.
